Can COROS workouts sync to Suunto automatically?
Yes. Connect COROS and Suunto, enable the COROS -> Suunto route toggle, and new COROS activities can be sent to Suunto automatically.
COROS to Suunto Guide
Quantified Self can forward new COROS activities to Suunto after both services are connected and the COROS -> Suunto route toggle is enabled.
Setup
The COROS route follows the same explicit route model as Garmin -> Suunto sync.
Connect COROS and Suunto, then confirm both connections are active before enabling cross-service sync.
Open COROS Services and enable the route toggle so future COROS imports can be forwarded to Suunto.
COROS history import is currently limited to the last 3 months by provider API restrictions.
Catch-up
Manual catch-up is separate from automatic future sync and gives you control over the date range.
Choose a date range in COROS Services to queue COROS -> Suunto jobs for events already stored in Quantified Self.
If COROS or Suunto marks the connection as reconnect required, reconnect before expecting new automatic sync jobs.
Review COROS, Suunto, Garmin, uploaded files, maps, and benchmark reports from the same private dashboard.
