Training Dashboard

Build the training dashboard you need

Start from a dashboard preset or arrange Curated, KPI, Custom, and Map tiles around the questions you track. Each tile keeps its own filters, while shared chart and map components keep the same interaction and styling used throughout Quantified Self.

Your Workspace

Arrange the evidence around your training questions

Dashboard is the configurable workspace: choose the tiles that matter, place them where they are useful, and keep a compact overview or a deeper analytical layout.

Presets or your own layout

Begin with a prepared dashboard, then add, remove, resize, and rearrange supported tiles without changing the underlying activity data.

Filters per tile

Give each tile its own activity, date, and metric context so one dashboard can compare different periods or disciplines.

Consistent chart interaction

Curated and KPI tiles keep familiar colors, tooltips, zoom behavior, and haptic feedback across the app.

Available Views

Mix current KPIs, trends, activities, and maps

A dashboard can combine compact current-state values with longer trends and location context without forcing every tile into the same range.

KPI and derived-metric tiles

Track values such as Fitness, Form, and easy-volume share with compact trend context where the metric supports it.

Curated and custom charts

Use prepared training views or choose compatible metrics and filters for a custom chart.

Map and activity tiles

Add activity context and clustered map views, with controls that belong to the individual tile.

FAQ

Training Dashboard FAQ

How is Dashboard different from Training?

Dashboard is configurable: you choose and arrange the tiles. Training is a fixed, curated analytical workspace with a global overview and sport-specific destinations.

Do dashboard tiles share one filter?

No. Each tile keeps its own supported filters, so the same dashboard can show different sports, metrics, or date ranges.

Can a dashboard include maps?

Yes. Map tiles provide activity-location context and their own supported map and clustering controls.

Next Step

Build one view around the decisions you actually make

Create an account, start with a preset, and refine the tile mix as your training questions change.
