FAQ

Health · Beta FAQ

Is Health available to everyone?

Health (Beta) is available to all signed-in users from the main navigation. Provider connection and history-import plan requirements still apply. The previews on this page use sample data.

Do all four workout providers supply Health data?

Garmin, Suunto, and COROS have supported Health imports. Wahoo is supported for activities, but not currently for Health imports. Metrics vary by provider, device, and permissions.

Are readings from different providers averaged together?

No. Each source stays separately labelled. Personal HRV ranges use the history for that source, and missing readings stay missing.

What does the personal HRV range mean?

It compares your recent overnight HRV with your own recorded history from the same source. A range appears only after enough nights are available. It provides personal trend context, not a diagnosis or a prescribed workout.
