Training Analysis FAQ

What data does Training use?

Training uses derived snapshots built from activities already imported or uploaded to your private Quantified Self account. The browser does not reparse source files or query raw activity history to calculate the workspace.

Which sports does Training support?

Training supports Running and Trail Running, Cycling including road, indoor, virtual, e-bike, and mountain biking, plus Pool and Open Water Swimming. Multisport files are split into their individual activity legs when available.

Does Training tell me what workout to do?

No. Training presents load, readiness, sleep, and performance evidence as context. It does not prescribe workouts, diagnose health conditions, or turn missing data into a recommendation.

How is Training different from the Dashboard?

Dashboard remains the configurable place for charts, maps, and tiles. Training is a fixed, curated analytical workspace that combines related evidence into a consistent current, historical, and discipline-specific view.
