Send new Garmin activities automatically
Under Garmin in Connections, enable Wahoo as an automatic activity destination. Eligible new Garmin imports are queued using their saved original FIT files.
Garmin to Wahoo Guide
Send recorded Garmin FIT workouts to your Wahoo account. Choose automatic sync for new imports or a one-time transfer of saved activities. Garmin and Wahoo connections and activity sync require Pro. Review current prices and any eligible trial before checkout.
Choose your workflow
Connect Garmin and Wahoo in Connections with Pro access. Allow Activity Export for Garmin and workout access for Wahoo. Connecting an account does not turn on automatic sync.
Under Garmin in Connections, enable Wahoo as an automatic activity destination. Eligible new Garmin imports are queued using their saved original FIT files.
Import missing Garmin history first and wait for the activities to arrive. Under Wahoo in Connections, open Send past activities. Select Garmin imports and your dates, then run Preview. Preview sends nothing.
Review the ready-to-send and skipped counts, then choose Send. Scheduling complete confirms queueing, not delivery. Check Wahoo for the delivered workout after processing.
Transfer limits
This workflow sends recorded FIT activities to your Wahoo account. It keeps activity transfers separate from routes, planned workouts, Sleep, and Health.
Missing or unsupported original files, merged or derived activities, and activities already sent or queued are skipped. A Garmin device name on a manually uploaded file does not make it a Garmin import.
Wahoo processes FIT uploads asynchronously. Queueing an activity is not a delivery confirmation, and this workflow does not promise a download to an ELEMNT device.
If a connection shows Reconnect required, reconnect before sending. After Garmin or Wahoo access is revoked, reconnect the provider and explicitly turn automatic activity sync back on when needed.

FAQ
Yes. With Pro, connect Garmin and Wahoo and explicitly enable Wahoo as a Garmin activity destination. Eligible new Garmin FIT imports can then be sent to your Wahoo account automatically.
Yes. First import any missing Garmin history into Quantified Self. Under Wahoo in Connections, use Send past activities, choose Garmin imports and a date range, then Preview and review before Send. This one-time send does not enable future automatic sync.
A saved Garmin import can be sent after Garmin is disconnected if its original FIT remains available. Wahoo must still be connected and you need Pro access. Automatic sync of new Garmin activities requires both connections.
Wahoo does not expose completed workouts that it identifies as coming from third-party applications through its API. Those uploads are not re-imported as Wahoo-recorded activities.
No. This guide covers recorded FIT activities. GPX and FIT routes, planned workouts, Sleep, and Health use separate workflows and permissions. Sending an activity to your Wahoo account is not a planned-workout or route download to an ELEMNT device.
Provider connections and cross-service activity sync require Pro. Starter includes manual uploads and analysis inside Quantified Self. Review current Pro prices and any trial eligibility before checkout.
