Can I sync Garmin data to Suunto automatically?
Yes. Connect Garmin and Suunto in Quantified Self, enable the Garmin -> Suunto route toggle, and new Garmin activities can be sent to Suunto automatically.
Garmin to Suunto Guide
Quantified Self keeps Garmin -> Suunto sync explicit: connect both services, enable the route toggle, and new Garmin activities can move to Suunto after they arrive in your private dashboard.
Setup
Automatic sync is route-based, so you decide when Garmin activities should be forwarded to Suunto.
Sign in, connect Garmin, connect Suunto, and keep the required Garmin activity export permission enabled.
Open Garmin Services and enable the Garmin -> Suunto route toggle. This affects newly imported Garmin activities.
Choose a date range to queue Garmin -> Suunto sync jobs for Garmin activities already stored in Quantified Self.
Expectations
The route uses activity files already attached to Quantified Self events and depends on healthy provider connections.
Automatic sync runs for newly imported Garmin activities. Existing history is handled by manual catch-up.
If Garmin or Suunto revokes access, reconnect the provider and re-enable the route toggle after the connection is healthy.
Automatic service connections and cross-service sync require Pro. Manual uploads remain available on the free plan.
