Can I import a FIT activity to Wahoo?
Yes. With Pro access and an active Wahoo connection, select a FIT activity file in Wahoo Services to send it directly to Wahoo.
Wahoo Activity Import Guide
Use Quantified Self to send a selected FIT activity to Wahoo, automatically deliver eligible new Garmin, COROS, or Suunto activities, or choose a date range for FIT-backed activities already in your private archive.
FIT Activity Delivery
Connect Wahoo in Quantified Self, then use its activity delivery tool when you need to send one selected FIT activity without adding a new activity to your Quantified Self archive.
Sign in with Pro access, connect Wahoo in Services, and reconnect it once if activity write access was not included in an earlier connection.
Open Wahoo Services and select the FIT activity file you want to send. This direct delivery does not create or retain a Quantified Self activity.
Wahoo can process an activity upload asynchronously, so Wahoo Services keeps its status available to refresh.
Provider Activity Sync
Connect the source provider and Wahoo, then decide whether eligible future activities should be delivered automatically or whether you only need a selected history range.
In the source provider’s Services tools, turn on automatic activity sync to send eligible new Garmin, COROS, or Suunto activities to Wahoo after Quantified Self imports them.
Use Sync past activities in the source provider’s Services tools to choose a date range for FIT-backed activities already stored in Quantified Self. This does not turn on future automatic sync.
GPX and FIT route delivery is a separate workflow. Sending a route to Wahoo does not import it as an activity.
